"It worked fine for what it’s supposed to…"
It worked fine for what it’s supposed to do, but the fit wasn’t quite perfect on my setup. I’d say just use a little common sense and double-check your measurements or compatibility before expecting it to line up exactly.

"Not really worth the price"
I just don’t think it’s worth it. You can find the same stuff for less somewhere else, so I’d probably skip this one.

"Kinda slow on mobile"
I tried using the site on my phone and it just felt kinda clunky. Pages took a bit to load and moving around wasn’t super smooth, so it got a little annoying fast.

"Installing it reminded me why I usually ask my brother for help"
The install was a lot more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to reread steps to figure out what they meant. It ended up taking me way longer than I planned, and by the end I was wishing I had just called my brother, who’s usually the handy one in the family.

"Checkout froze on me twice"
I just tried placing an order and the checkout kept freezing right at the payment step. It happened twice, with no clear error message or anything, so it just felt like a waste of time. Maybe it’s been fine before, but based on this latest experience, I gave up and bought from another site instead.

I ordered from k2-industries.com and at first the product looked decent, but after using it a bit, the quality just didn’t feel great. Compared to similar stuff I’ve bought before, this one felt a little cheaper and the finish wasn’t as clean. It does work, so it’s not a total loss, but for the price I expected something sturdier. I probably wouldn’t buy the same one again.

"Okay at first, but didn’t last"
It was decent for a little while and held up okay at first, but it started wearing out faster than I expected. Not the worst, but definitely not great either. Also, having to go through repeated verification was annoying and made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Pretty disappointing overall"
I wasn’t really happy with my experience with k2-industries.com. I expected the process to be smoother, and I also thought I’d get a faster response when I needed help. Instead, it felt frustrating and left me annoyed. I don’t think I’d use them again. 1 star from me.

"Okay overall, but the support could be better"
I ordered from K2-industries and had a couple questions before I bought. Someone did reply, which I appreciated, but the answers felt a little unsure and not that clear. I ended up having to ask the same thing twice, and even then I still went digging around other sites just to understand the product better. that kind of thing gets frustrating, especially when so many places already make you feel like you’re dealing with automated systems instead of actual people who know the products. Shipping was fine and the website worked okay, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just think the staff knowledge could be stronger. Not bad, but not a place I’d be in a hurry to order from again.

I was about to order from k2-industries because the item price seemed decent, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost just felt way too high. I know shipping isn’t always cheap, but my gut reaction was that it didn’t seem worth it for a normal order. I ended up abandoning the purchase. I just wish they made the shipping cost more obvious earlier instead of having it feel like a surprise at the end

I ordered from k2-industries and the item did arrive, so that part was fine. But after I placed the order, the communication was bad?? I had to keep asking for tracking info, and replies took way longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I feel like basic updates shouldn’t be something you have to chase down

One of the items in my order wasn’t what I expected, so that was a little disappointing. Still, overall it wasn’t a huge issue for me, and the rest of the experience was okay.

"Not the best first impression"
My first impression wasn’t great because customer service took longer to get back to me than I expected. They did eventually answer and helped me sort things out, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just wish the replies had been quicker, especially at the beginning

"Description didn’t match what I got"
I ordered this based on the description, but what showed up wasn’t really what I expected. A couple of the specs seemed off or were just missing, which made the whole listing feel kind of unreliable. I remember opening it at my kitchen table after work, still wearing my jacket, and thinking, “Wait, this isn’t what I read online.” It’s frustrating when you make a purchase based on the details provided and they don’t line up with the actual item.

"Works Fine, but I Wanted More Flexibility"
After using it for a bit, I’d say the customization options are decent and definitely nice to have. It worked fine for what I needed in the basics, but once I started trying to adjust things more specifically, I realized there just weren’t as many choices as I expected. Overall, it’s solid, just not quite flexible enough for my setup.

"My “New” Order Arrived Looking Like It Survived a Disaster"
I ordered from k2-industries opening the package felt like uncovering evidence from a shipping crime scene. The box was crushed, and the item inside already had dents straight out of the parcel. This wasn’t some tiny little scuff I could ignore either — it looked like it had been thrown around badly. I sent photos over by email, but the reply was slow, so now I’m just stuck waiting for someone to sort it out. Really frustrating when you buy something new and it shows up looking used and battered. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
I ordered from k2-industries.com because I needed the item for a project I was trying to finish up, and of course I had already cleared off a whole spot in the garage for it, which made the wait feel even more annoying. The shipping was way slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so for several days I was just checking it like once or twice a day with no real idea where the package was.

I totally understand that delays happen, especially with shipping being weird sometimes, but there really wasn’t enough information or communication to make it less frustrating. By the time it finally showed up, I was already irritated. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly.

I ordered something from k2-industries and ended up needing a different size. The product itself was fine, Nothing amazing but not bad either. The annoying part was trying to get the exchange sorted out. Replies took longer than I expected and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get an answer. They did eventually respond and help, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. i probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure about the size.

The site itself felt mostly fine to use, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. I wasn’t expecting to feel stressed just browsing around, but the lack of trust signals made me second-guess everything. It might be okay, but I didn’t feel fully comfortable using it.

It worked alright sometimes, but this thing was inconsistent. Not a total disaster, but definitely a flaky little gadget that couldn’t be trusted every time
